A: With the exception of our Lip Balm and Sheer Tint, which contain beeswax, all of our products are vegan friendly.
Q: Are all of No Shit Beauty products cruelty free?
A: Yes! None of our products have been tested on animals.
Q: Is the No Shit Beauty line available for wholesale?

Q: I have dry hair. Which products should I use?
A: Hair Oil and Wave Mist are the products for you. Our Hair Oil is effective at helping your hair feel smoother and stronger while Wave Mist will help you style your hair while adding moisture.
Q: I have oily hair. Which products should I use?
A: Dry Shampoo Powder! This will help save you on days your hair gets oily and you don't have time to shower and style it. Hair Oil is another good option to use as a scalp treatment before shampooing. Take a few drops and massage into your scalp, allowing it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes before washing out. This will help balance and detoxify your scalp.
Q: I have curly hair. Which products should I use?
All of our hair products are designed with curly haired girls in mind. You can benefit from each product and instead choose which is the best fit based on whether your hair is dry or oily.
Q: I have acne prone skin. Can I still use Sheer Tint on my cheeks?
Sheer Tint is made with light and fast-absorbing ingredients that are suitable for sensitive and acne prone skin. If you are extra sensitive, we recommend trying the Sheer Tint on a small area of your face to see how you feel. Either way, it's still nice to wear on lips and eyes!
Q: How do I use the Dry Shampoo Powder?
A: Dry Shampoo Powder is meant to be used on dry hair in between traditional hair washings. Disperse a small amount of powder in hand or on a blush brush and apply near roots. Blend in until powder absorbs. Reapply as necessary.
Q: I made an online order and my package has not arrived, what do I do?
A: If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days, please use your tracking number to check the status of your order with the postal service. We can help you try to locate an order if you contact us within two weeks of receiving your order confirmation e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. After two weeks, we do not take responsibility for packages that have not arrived.
Q: I received an e-mail that my item was shipped but the tracking number is not working, what do I do?
A: If you are having trouble tracking your order with the tracking number sent to you we recommend first checking that you have correctly typed your tracking number and included/excluded all necessary digits.
Q: Will I get charged additional fees if I'm ordering from overseas?
A: Every country's policies on import taxes, customs and duties varies. Before ordering, we recommend doing a quick search on your country's policies regarding international shipping so that there aren't any surprises. FYI, we have no control over these fees, they are determined customs office. Orders are shipped from Tel Aviv, Israel.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to enjoy your product and use it until its last drop. If that's not the case, please let us know via e-mail at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment and we will provide a full refund in the original form of payment, not including the original shipping price. You can also exchange your product for something else. If you purchased a product via one of our stockists this return policy is not applicable and the return will be based on the policy of each individual business.
Q: How do I place a return or exchange?
A: Email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your shipment's arrival and notify us whether you would like to return or exchange your product. If you prefer to exchange, note that there will be need of payment in case of price differences.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: It will take 5-10 business days to process your return and for it to appear on your credit card statement.
